seagull25circle.jpgMontreal, Canada: In 1982, from his factory in LaPatrie Quebec, Robert Godin introduced the Seagull S6 to the world, and with it an acoustic guitar with an emphasis on craftsmanship, tone and innovation was born. Today, the Seagull brand consists of over 60 models, all crafted with the same core principles and attention to detail.

To commemorate 25 years of Canadian acoustic guitar craftsmanship, Seagull introduced Seagull's Select Pressure Tested solid spruce tops, measured and tested to ensure optimal stiffness and rigidity for maximum harmonic vibration. Other common characteristics include a high-gloss custom polished finish, Adirondack spruce bracing, double binding, intricate wood rosette, deluxe gold tuning machines with cream buttons, a special commemorative certificate and 25th Anniversary headstock logo.

The Anniversary CW Flame Maple EQ's eye-catching back & sides are flame maple, made from a 3-layer lamination of hard wood, as well as a high-gloss flame maple veneer on the headstock. On-board electronics and a Seagull gig bag make this an excellent package for any working musician. The Anniversary Mahogany Spruce features a high-gloss mahogany veneer on the headstock, all solid wood, with solid mahogany back & sides, which in combination with the solid spruce top, produces a sweet, warm & mellow tone.
