richmond_belmontlo.jpgMontreal, Canada- Richmond Guitars Canada made their official North American debut at this past Summer NAMM show in Nashville and left a serious impression on many guitar enthusiasts, as the brand received 'Best In Show' honors during the NAMM University Breakfast & panel discussions.

The NAMM University Breakfast takes place on the last day of Summer NAMM, where attendees get a chance to see some of the best products introduced during the show. The ‘Best In Show' panel is made up of six industry experts who travel the NAMM show floor in search of their favourite products. They present their picks in different categories during a panel discussion on the final day of Summer NAMM.

Zach Phillips, Editor of Music Inc. and Up Beat Daily magazines, comments on the Richmond guitar line in the category of ‘Companies to Watch' saying, " I've always been impressed by Godin. But I'm impressed at how they've stepped it up in the higher end of the market, especially with the Richmond guitar line. These are very cool, vintage-looking guitars. They look like something The Kinks would be playing in the mid-‘60s. Very cool guitars from a nice company."

Made in Richmond Quebec Canada by a dedicated team of guitar craftsmen, the Richmond brand, comprised of the Belmont and Dorchester models, exemplifies serious tone for players looking for a vintage vibe backed by meticulous craftsmanship, innovation and modern playability.
